Français : Boucle radar du 16 septembre 2024 montrant le cyclone tropical potentiel 8 se déplaçant dans le terres des Carolines. Des pluies extrêmement fortes se sont développées dans une large bande de convergence sur le bord nord de la dépression, provoquant des précipitations exceptionnellement fortes qui ont conduit à des crues soudaines historiques.
English: Radar loop from September 16, 2024 showing Potential Tropical Cyclone Eight moving onshore in the Carolinas. Extremely heavy rain developed in a large convergence band on the northern edge of the low, dropping exceptionally heavy rainfall which led to historic flash flooding. |
