I oversee the Wikimedia trademark portfolio, including trademark registration, enforcement, and licensing. I work with the General Counsel/Secretary to support the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees. I also provide legal advice and support to Wikimedia Foundation staff working on grantmaking, fundraising, and the Wikimedia affiliate system. I serve as the Secretary of the Wikimedia Endowment. Occasionally, I work on copyright, licensing, and public policy issues.
